We never store or share your information. Our website is built on the Shopify secure platform, so all of your personal information is locked down tight.

How quickly do you respond to email queries?
We love hearing from you and we get a lot of inquiries. We do our best to answer all emails within one business day.

PAYMENTS

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).paypal.

 

WHAT ABOUT  SHIPPING?

Most items are processed within 24-72 hours - however some items may take up to 5 business days to process and ship.

 

How long is the delivery time?
Approximate delivery time takes 12-20 days, But Usually it's faster than that. 

Note: Due to factors that often affect shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

How can I track my order’s status?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order on the 'Track my Order' Page in our site or message us.

I haven’t received my order yet. What’s going on?

What is your refund policy? 
We will provide a full refund if you did not receive your order or if it arrived damaged. please send us pictures if this is the case.

If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible With the subject: URGENT SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR explaining the error and provide the correct information. We will assist you in any way we can - however please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. We will however attempt to do anything within our power to assist in every situation - we are here to help you and keep you happy.

How long will it take to get my order?
As a small boutique shop selling trendy baby essentials, our standard shipping takes 2 to 4 days for processing and up to 12 to 20 days after that for delivery. However some items can be shipped same day.Contact us if you need fast deliver.

Do you ship international ?

 Of Course!  Yes ,We ship Worldwide.

 

International Orders May take from 10 to 1 month to deliver, this depends on your location, and how post office handle the package,

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  we are not responsible for delays due to customs.

ORDERS

I ordered something, but I want to cancel
You must contact us within 1 business day of placing the order to arrange an order change. You can do this by emailing us at thebabybellaboutique@yahoo.com  with your order number as the subject.

My order arrived, but I received the wrong items
Please contact us at  thebabybellaboutique@yahoo.com and provide us with your order number. If we’re at fault, you can send us back the items and we’ll send you out the correct items at our cost (or issue a refund). we will send you a return shipping label.

My order arrived and I want to change the size/color
Please contact us at thebabybellaboutique@yahoo.com   and provide us with your order number. You can send us your item back and we will send you a new item with the updated size. *Postage costs will be at your expense.

My order arrived, but I want to return it
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 15 days of receipt by contacting thebabybellaboutique@yahoo.com

 Items that  are damaged, soiled, altered, or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.

Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.

We do not accept exchanges. 
If you would like to exchange a item for a different color, size, style please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 7 calendar days of receipt .

Refused or undeliverable packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US.

  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

All Coupons must be rendered at checkout, no exceptions, no refunds.
